The $250 AKL service charge is not waived. Because a vehicle without a working key cannot be driven to a meetup, we perform this service at the vehicle. Some newer releases, configurations, or security systems may not be supported; compatibility must be confirmed first.

When there is no key to duplicate, we determine the correct key profile, originate and cut a new key with the Dolphin 2, and program it to the vehicle’s immobilizer. For push-button-start vehicles, we program a compatible proximity smart key fob.
